iRexta collects customer identifiable information to conduct business and provide services — including billing, resolving service issues, and communicating relevant product or service updates.

iRexta will not sell, trade, or disclose customer identifiable information to third parties without the customer's consent, except as may be legally required or in cases of imminent physical harm to the customer or others.

While iRexta may use customer information alongside data from other sources for internal marketing purposes, it will not share this information with external third parties for their own marketing activities.

Data Protection Commitment: iRexta does not disclose, sell, or trade your personal information to any third party for commercial or marketing purposes. Your data remains strictly within iRexta's internal systems.

Marketing Opt-Out

Customers may choose not to receive direct marketing communications from iRexta at any time. Opt-out requests are accepted via mail, email, fax, or telephone.

Upon receiving an opt-out request, iRexta will immediately cease all direct marketing contact and will not use the customer's information for any future marketing communications.

To opt out from all marketing communications, send your request to [email protected]. No further action is required from the customer beyond the initial request.

Technical Data Collection

iRexta's web server automatically collects certain technical information when customers access our platform, including IP address and hostname. This data is used solely for server diagnostics and website administration.

The site also uses cookies to honor user preferences, such as frame settings. This technical data does not contain any personally identifiable information and cannot be used to identify a customer.

KYC Verification & Refund Policy

To ensure platform security, prevent fraud, and comply with legal standards, iRexta requires Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. During this process, we collect necessary customer identifiable information to securely verify your identity.

Please be aware of our strict billing policy regarding this verification process: If a customer fails to pass or refuses to complete the KYC verification, refunds will strictly be issued ONLY for payments made via Visa, Mastercard, and American Express (Amex).

Strict Non-Refundable Clause: Payments made through Crypto, alternative payment gateways, or any other methods are strictly non-refundable in the event of a KYC verification failure. If fraudulent information is submitted, the account will be banned immediately.
